NUGLASS

High impact strength at much lighter weight than metal counterparts
Corrosion resistant -- threads will not seize on mating threads
Will not easily cross thread
Resistant to most hydrocarbons, solvents, mild acids, and agriculturalchemicals.
Made to MIL-C-27487 dimensions so that they can be fully interchanged withother materials made to the same standard
Electrically non-conductive

More resistant to most acids than nylon couplings
All other properties are similar to NUGLASS -- see above
