Notes

CLEARFLO clear plastic tubing is generally unaffected bymost oxidizing and reducing agents. Diluted acids and alkalies have littleeffect, though if highly concentrated tend to make the tubing less pliable.If chemical resistance is of major concern, in-plant tests are suggested.

Applicable for clean applications, CLEARFLO's smooth surfaceprevents lodging of bacteria and sediment buildup. It is easily drainedand flushed clean with most available cleaning and sanitizing agents. CLEARFLOmay be autoclaved at 20 lbs. steam pressure for 15 minutes.

Special, transparent yellow, Fuel & Oil Grade CLEARFLO,created to extend the working life of the product in fuel & oil applications,is available. Other durometers, repetitive cutting, bonding, heat-formedshapes, and custom fabrication are all available -- call for details. Overbraidingfor higher pressure capability (also see NYLOBRADE®)is also available. Samples of stock material are available upon request.
