There are times when applications require a moredurable tubing or hose product than standard reinforced or unreinforcedstock material. Applications may present high temperatures or pres-sures,excessive friction, attack by chemicals or corrosives, kink or crush possibilities,or other parameters that need a special hose. Perhaps you need to bundlemultiple tubes of dissimilar material, or require electrical conductivityor grounding, or simply choose to improve the aesthetics of your product. 

Stainless steel or fabric overbraiding allows increasedpressure capabilities for both reinforced hose and unreinforced tubing.Multiple layers are also possible.

Stainless steeloverbraided PTFE (PTFE®) hose, for instance, will handle up to 3000psi working pressure*--more than 20 times that of standard tubing of PTFE.Straight walled, stainless steel overbraided PTFE hose conforms to SAE100R14 standards. NewAge Industries offers straight walled material insizes ranging from 1/8" I.D. to 1-3/8" I.D. and convoluted material in1/4" I.D. to 2" I.D. *A permanent fitting must be installed for use in highpressure applications. The listed pressure is meant only as a guide toaid in design. Field testing should be performed to determine the actualvalue for the application.

Bundling a number of dissimilar tubes keeps them togetherand offers increased protection to the tubing or hose within.
